Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Reset Fairy, I understand that life doesn't always go to plan. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me as soon as possible so I can do my best to accommodate you.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session A full refund of your deposit will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session Your deposit will be forfeited, as that time has been reserved exclusively for you and cannot be filled at short notice. I appreciate your understanding, this policy exists to protect the sustainability of a small business.

Rescheduling If you need to move your session, please give as much notice as possible. I will always do my best to find an alternative date that works for you. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your session may be treated as a cancellation at my discretion.

If Reset Fairy needs to cancel In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your session due to illness or an emergency, you will be offered priority rescheduling at your convenience or a full refund of your deposit. 

Payment Policy

Deposit A deposit is required to secure your booking. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment method Reset Fairy currently accepts payment via bank transfer. Payment details will be provided in your booking confirmation email.

Remaining balance The remaining balance is due on the day of your session or within 48 hours of completion. A final invoice will be sent to you following your session outlining the total amount due.

Additional hours If additional time is required on the day and is agreed upon before proceeding, this will be reflected in your final invoice at a rate of $90 per hour.

Storage products If product sourcing is selected, a 15% service fee applies to the total product spend. A separate quote will be provided and approved by you before any purchases are made. 

Privacy Policy

Reset Fairy is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how I collect, use and store your personal information.

What information I collect When you submit a booking request or contact me via the website or email, I may collect your name, email address, phone number and home address.

How I use your information Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of managing your booking, communicating with you about your session and providing my services. I will never sell, share or distribute your information to any third party.

How I store your information Your information is stored securely and is only accessible by me. I do not store payment details such as bank account or card information.

Photos If before and after photos are taken during your session, these are stored securely and will never be shared publicly without your explicit consent. See the Photo & Social Media Policy for more information.

Accessing or deleting your information You have the right to request access to the personal information I hold about you, or to request that it be deleted. To do so, please contact me directly at [email address].

Terms & Conditions

By submitting a booking request and proceeding with a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Scope of service The scope of your session will be discussed and agreed upon prior to your booking. Reset Fairy reserves the right to adjust the scope on the day if the condition or size of the space differs significantly from what was described. Any changes will always be communicated and agreed with you before proceeding.

Client participation Clients are welcome to be present during their session. All decisions regarding what to keep, donate or discard are made by the client. Reset Fairy will not remove or dispose of any items without your approval.

Liability Reset Fairy takes every care when working in your home. However, I am not liable for any pre-existing damage to items or surfaces, or for damage that occurs as a result of agreed decisions made during the session. It is recommended that fragile or valuable items are removed from the space prior to the session.

Product sourcing If product sourcing is selected, all purchases will be approved by the client before being made. Reset Fairy is not responsible for products that are later deemed unsuitable if they were approved at the time of purchase.

Right to refuse or end a session Reset Fairy reserves the right to pause or end a session if the space presents a health or safety concern that was not disclosed prior too booking. In this case, the deposit will be retained and a revised scope will be discussed before rebooking.

Changes to terms These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.

Photo & Social Media Policy

Taking photos Reset Fairy may take before and after photos during your session for personal records and potential use in marketing materials including social media and the website.

Sharing photos I will always ask for your explicit permission before sharing any photos publicly. You are completely entitled to say no, this will never affect the quality of service you receive.

Opting out If you would prefer that no photos be taken during your session at all, please let me know prior to your session and I will respect your wishes entirely.

Identifiable information I will never share photos that include identifiable personal information such as family photos, documents or anything that could identify your address or household.

Health & Safety Policy

The safety and wellbeing of both my clients and myself is a priority in every session.

Disclosure To ensure I can plan appropriately for your session, please disclose any relevant information prior to your booking including pets, known pest issues, mould, significant hazardous materials or any other conditions that may affect the session.

Right to pause or end a session If upon arrival or during a session I encounter conditions that present a genuine health or safety risk that were not disclosed prior to booking, I reserve the right to pause or end the session. This is not a decision made lightly and will always be handled with sensitivity and respect.

Rebooking following a safety concern If a session is ended due to a safety concern, I am happy to discuss a revised plan and rebook once the relevant issue has been addressed. The deposit will be retained in this instance.
